Please read carefully and understand the following.  Your payment for your sale page is your agreement to these terms.

The purpose of the sale pages being offered to breeders is for the sole purpose of giving people another option for selling their birds with pictures at a low cost, flat rate.  There is no registration or passwords required.  This system is very easy to use and simple to navigate. 

Each paid month will begin on the first of the month and run until the end of the month.  Initial page setup and time will not start until the first of the following month regardless of the day of the current month.  You may pay for as many months as you wish at a time.  Seller's/Breeder's who maintain a constant page will have the option of a feedback section that can be placed on their page.  Sellers may sell on one or more sections of the website.  The benefits are listed below in bold print. 

Price for a sale page:  $100.00 for 6 months or $175.00 for one full year

There will be a set up fee for new sale pages of $25.00.  If a full year of page time is purchased in advance, this fee will be waived.  If your page is allowed to expire and you wish to start it up again, there will be a $25.00 fee for setting up the page again.

All sale page members will have the option of an addition web page in each category for breeders, show winners, etc.  This will be available at no extra charge to the breeder.  NO birds are to be sold from the stock birds page.  If you want to sell birds from this page, please let us know and we will transfer them to your sale page with prices. 

Just as a note here, we often trade with sale page members if they have a bird or birds that we can use in our breeding program for sale page time so this is sometimes an option in lieu of payment for a sale page.  These deals are always agreed upon by both Slobberknocker Lofts and the sale page member.

Your name will be the link to your page from the home page.  A list of breeds you have for sale will also be included as the link.  Your page will have the contact information you provide and want used at the top of the page.  Each page will have a limit of 75 pictures with descriptions.  ALL birds posted must have a price posted with them.  We will not post birds without prices.

Whenever possible, pictures will have thumbnails and larger pictures used.  Pictures must be emailed to me as attachments (one picture per attachment) and unformatted meaning no text within the picture.  Please send an email either with attached pics or separately with the price of the birds, sex, color, age, etc.  The quality of the picture is entirely up to you.  I do not and will not "touch up" photos however, I can and may compress photos for size as necessary.  Otherwise, pictures will appear on the site exactly as they were sent.

All deals are between buyer and seller.  Slobberknocker Lofts will only mediate if it is necessary.  Please try to resolve any disputes on your own.  If need be, I will mediate disputes.  Please be fair and honest in your dealings.  If you are buying, please ask questions if you are unsure of anything about a seller's birds.  As always, buyer beware.  Slobberknocker Lofts assumes NO responsibility for unfair or shady dealings from sale page members.  If you suspect someone of unfair dealings, please notify us immediately.  

Slobberknocker Lofts reserves the right to remove any page with or without notice for any reason deemed necessary by Slobberknocker Lofts including but not limited to situations in which the breeder is dishonest, unethical, or in any way exhibits shady, unscrupulous, or questionable dealings of any kind, or does not abide by the simple rules set forth above with NO REFUND OF ANY KIND.

Once you have read and understand the procedures of the Information and Pricing sheet above, photos and other information can be sent to this email.  The new sections of sale pages will be added as necessary.
