The breeder loft is 6x8 with 11 nest boxes. I have 4 pair of rollers and 1 pair of WOE. Both lofts have electrical to them for lighting and for water heaters in the colder months and good ventilation is a must.
My kit loft is 4 X 6 and holds 18-20 birds nicely for flying.
