Toy Stencil

Toy Stencil has an entire rainbow of colors and effects.  Some expressions of Toy Stencil are very common in certain breeds while very rare in others.  Toy Stencil is very much different from Frill Stencil.  In many cases, Toy Stencil is a complex factor in which several modifiers and factors must be present in the bird in order to see the true effect of Toy Stencil.
